Must sort my leaking sunroof on my 940 too.
Seems to leak more when the car is tilting back and drips out the roof mounted light! A few years ago I silicone the glass to seal joint and it helped, but looks as if it's parting now. I'll need to remove the seal and do as Laird Skooby advices. Also need to fix the leaking Ac next spring and get that working again. James |

Sounds like you have a blocked drain(s) from the sunroof James!

How much was it please Ian? I've managed to revive mine with silicone grease for now but will need a new one at some point.

The sunroof on my 960 leaked not long ago[it was parked slightly nose down]to the extent that water was coming out of the overhead light the headling over the rear passenger seats was wet and the B pillars were damp.First thing was to clear the drains but only found the front ones[using curtain wire]not found the rear ones yet! The black surround on the sunroof glass had a gap of about eighth on an inch instead of presumably being a closer fit[?] and the corners of the ends were curling up.For now I've run silicone sealer[not very neatly but it'll do until the weather's better] round the entire glass/black surround and filled the gap between the ends which so far seems to have cured the leak.

£55.50 ex VAT Dave. That was before a small VOC discount which my dealer kindly allows me.
