I note you also talk about the OBD2 scanner. These cars are not OBD2 compliant. Dependent on the tear there is either an underbonnet unit or one under the coin holder. The coin holder version is NOT OBD2 and needs a flash reader. Lots of threads on here about how to read one.
You seen to be playing sensor bingo here. In my experience most running rich issues I have had have been induction leaks or vacuum hoses. These cars are very temperamental about emissions as they were designed for sale in the US market and even a loose jubilee clip can play havoc. Before spending money on sensors get a leak check done. |

Also a side note I've tried using the Volvo fcr program and it wont connect.
Tried numerous times using the vag com cable. |
