Default Instrument cluster gauge.

Its one thing after another.

My 97 940 gauge flex circuit is damaged.

Now i dont claim to know much about this sort of thing.

Would anyone happen to know what the terminal plugs are called model wise so i can find some sockets for a pcb idea i have. Cutting the plugs is not an option.

The board end are like ribbon cable....

This might be a none starter though.

Picture from a 740 but loom plugs looks go be the same.

Cheers

Martin

Are you sure the flexible PCB on the back of the cluster is damaged Martin? If so, can you get a photo of the damaged area?

I have a couple of ideas that would be easier than using the original multiplugs and an adaptor that i think you're suggesting.

As far as i'm aware, they are edge-mount 0.1" pitch PCB connector plugs, or at least that's what i've always searched for when i've needed something similar.

It’s screwed badly. Looks like it’s had a Bodge before. I’ll get a pic. I think I have some of that special pen for drawing tracks
