Default C30 D2 1.6 Turbo - Turbo Change - Reduced Engine Performance

2012 Volvo C30 D2 R Design
I live out in the country in South Africa

Hi all. I recently replaced a blown turbo. 150 000km. After the new Turbo went in, I got the reduced power message and found and replaced a cracked intercooler pipe.

I'm still getting the message, but only once the car warms up. It will drive well and boost great while warming up. The moment I get into a bit of a hill and the car is warmed up I will get the reduced power message. I had previously cleaned the O2 and MAP sensor, but noticed the MAP sensor was quite dirty after the Turbo and intercooler pipe change. So I cleaned it again. I am going to see what happens next, am planning on taking the intercooler out next and cleaning that as I'm getting a bit of residual oil in the system.

Also, the reduced power message goes away if I switch the car off and on again. Also if the engine light comes up after a few times, it also goes away.

My logic is that the the car was fine before the turbo packed in so I'm troubleshooting all the issues from this event.

Any ideas? Am going to take to the nearest service centre at the end of the month to get it read on the Vida but in the meanwhile am just tinkering away at possible issues?
