V70 XT - Air-con as standard?
Hi all,
Just about to take delivery of a '99 V plate V70 XT 2.4 (140bhp) Auto. Pretty sure that when I looked at it, it had climate control fitted, as it had the 2 temperature graduated dials, plus the auto setting on the fan speed. However......have just given the registration to a dealer (looking to source a spare) and he does not have air-con listed as part of the spec. Starting to hope I haven't dropped a huge bo11ock and slapped the deposit down in haste. Searching through Parkers reviews, it indicates that all models, post 98 have aircon fitted as standard. Am I panicking over nothing? Formerly a '98 S40 1.8 SE, soon to be a '99 V70 XT! |

Same model, same age but with manual. It has climate control as standard not air con - they are different things with CC more sophisticated. Would have thought it was the same with the auto.

RE: V70 XT - Air-con as standard?
Thought it did have CC as standard, but had a minor panic when the dealer didn't list it on the Volvo records! Can anyone else confirm that climate control was standard?
Cheers. |
