vogron New Member Last Online: Apr 24th, 2024 08:33 Join Date: May 2019 Location: Budapest	2012 XC60 tailgate problem - Falls down Dear All, Just bought this 2012 XC60 with electrical tailgate (not the old hydraulic - pump version). The motor is integrated on the strut. I experienced the following problem: When I open the tailgate it opens to full height which would be suitable for me but immediately falls down around 15 centimeters. I tried to find the solution on the web but without success. What I found that the strut replacement was not the solution many times. Some guys performed the software update which resolved the issue, but some guys have been told by Volvo that the new software has a limitation of the height. So it's confusing.
