V70 Body/Trim: - V70 2005 facelift - Front Grill

Can someone tell me correct part number for the grill please? My car is 54 plate but is facelift 2005.

Found a couple of different part number so assuming grills are different?

So my grill is 8693346, replacement I've found is 8659875 and is same reg but pre facelift.

Both look the same on pics but anyone know if they differ at all?
