Default S80 alarm siren

The alarm keeps going off, I've had a Google and looks like the batteries in the siren are faulty. I have pulled fuse 26 under the glove box hoping to stop it going off. Will this stop it? Also are the sirens plug and play? Or is it a programming job?

Cheers

Simon

The sirens are plug and play. You might want to experiment and see if you can lever open the failed unit and replace the batteries. It would save you a lot of money.

Thanks for reply, I have removed the siren and put the fuse back. Got alarm service required on dash but can live with that until I sort it.
