There's a rocker switch in the left side underfloor boot cavity of V70s which turns the reversing sensors on or off. The S60's may well be in the same sort of place.
If the switch has been turned off get you a single strange sort of squawk as you put the car in reverse.

Thanks Dave, what makes you think that?

Iv found following from dim rebuilders website:

Common Failure symptoms:

Backlight failure
Loss of gauges
SRS-AIRBAG SERVICE URGENT warning message
Complete failure of the dash cluster

I dont seem to have any of those symptoms.

Would dim failure cause cem connection issues?
