Settings in ECC Activation
Can anyone say what the default setting for "cabin filter compensation" is and how the AC (ECC) will act differently if that activation is set?

If you choose Programming the CCM then select 1, 2 or 3 for your type of system, the compensation setting is explained in the hint. Basically, if you have a cabin filter installed (which you should anyway) the compensation needs to be in the Activated state. You need an activated carbon filter for ECC and standard cabin filter for manual climate control.
