Default Ghost radio .

Twice in the last week my radio has come on by itself while parked up outside, I have no idea how long it’s been on either. I was thinking maybe it’s interference from other cars or the like, it doesn’t seem to have affected the battery. Has anyone come across this before.

could it be something as simple as a dodgy on/off button

I took mine out so I can't remember if they turn on with the keys out (new aftermarket one doesn't)

Thats the same as my HU850 did for a while - and shortly thereafter started either not turning on or without touching the controls suddenly blasting out at full volume, sometimes with music, sometimes a 'buzzing' sound. Only way to use the car was to pull the fuse for the radio.

Best quote for a repair was about 200 beer tokens so I changed it out for a replacement 2nd hand one from a forum member.
