Wireless Charger (Amazon)

Has anyone fitted one of these or have advice / experience of the adapters advertised in Amazon?

Those chargers fit neatly in my XC90, however, I found that if you use CarPlay via wireless connection intensively (navigation + streaming music/radio) it charges the phone very slowly. Also, during the summer with the phone exposed to the sun, it gets very hot and frequently shuts down due to over-heating. I have therefore, reverted to charging via the cable.

I carry one of the Sony power storage things. It charges my phone from flat 4 times per charge. And I can charge that from the usb in the centre console .
