Yes that's what I'd checked but no joy.

Fuel correction / injector checking is MY 2003 onwards.
Probably just as well I can't do it because I'd only end up meddling.

It's a really usefull test to as it saves getting the leak off test bottles out or it did for me any way. You can also check the combustion and the compression. My v70 starting shaking like hell at idle, my first thoughts were it was a mount that had gone so I popped it into a local garage for them to check as Its just easier when it's on a ramp haha. They came back and told me the engine is knackered internally after checking everything! A quick plug in and play around and there's the fault. No stored codes, no warning lights no starting issues just number two injector not supplying enough fuel. Replaced and back to full working order!

It sounds very useful.
Unfortunately, with my 2002, I'll just have to cope..... along with all the other early model year stuff.
Manual seat adjustment, no flip key, dodgy injectors, failing DIM.

Well I've got the S60 back, he has said that the injector type now fitted are different to those that were in it before. He was using VIDA to try and change the class type to the new one, but the car was having none of it. He did say his VIDA is a cheap chinese clone.

The car seems to drive just fine and seems no louder to me than before, I wonder what the symptoms would be of the wrong class to ECU setup.

Hey after repair on my fuel injectors my car is also shaking as hell however i need to drive it a bit and when i stop and put it into N or P the problem appears. While in D mode there is no problem. My Volvo is S80 2.4D5 AWD 185Bhp 2009. Does my ECU needs any adjustments after the repair of the fuel injectors ?

once the injectors have been tampered with ( so say reconditioned) they loose any reference calibration figures , You need to start with a new set of injectors if they are faulty .

Im sorry if im reviving an old post but, Ive just seen some had exactly the same problem as i do.. and i cannot write a PM as i usually only read this forum, i dont have enough posts
Did you ever resolve it?
I bought a used v70 2.4d, changed everything.. oil, filters, gearbox oil, mounts also.. but the car acts weird in P or N..
Or sometimes in P or N if you turn the AC on, it stops the shuttering/vibration. I guess when the engine has some kind of load it raises the rpm (not as much that u could see it on the gauge) and thats when it stops acting. My car has the idle rpms around 750 all the time.
the only thing i was thinking of also trying was, code the injectors again.. didnt even check if they are codes as they should. as im almost sure mine were changed, with the previous owner (the injectirs have numbers written with a pen on them). If anyone has any idea, id be really glad for any info or help.
Thank you
