Anyone else waiting on an XC60?

Not really sure but it wasn’t long, it would seem. The dealer relies on the consignment information for when it can be registered and that went from ‘it missed its original build date’ to ‘we have a consignment’ in the space of a week to 10 days. From that call to arriving at the dealership was 48hrs.

Just a heads up to anyone who is financing via VOLVO, they are currently taking about 24H to check and process all paperwork! and i was told e-sig are not acceptable! had to be manually signed. So its worth keeping that in mind when you planning your pickup!
I was quite suprisd when my dealer called last week to say that the transport had been arranged from the port to them and that was there 48H notice!.
From acutal built to dealership was 2 weeks. Built 06-07/10 Shipped 08/10 docked 09/10 landed early morning 10/10 dealer had call 13/10 giving 48H notice of arrival. Arrived 15/10. and im collecting TOMORROW!!!

I've just had my first update since ordering in early September - B4(D) AWD Inscription mild-hybrid so likely coming from Sweden.

Delivery now expected 25th March 2022 which is within the Q.1 2022 estimate I was given (just!), so around a 6 month lead time on new orders.

Does it vary from dealer to dealer and customer to customer I wonder? E.g. are loyal customers given any priority when allocating build slots? This'll be my first Volvo so I'm bottom of the pile if that is the case!

Your 48 hours turnaround time from port is very good. At the moment they are quoting 5 days at Immingham due to driver and truck shortages.

This is very cool - Thanks. My new XC60 is supposedly now on its way from Sweden.

Is the Freesia Seaways, RO-RO DFDS ship, the only sea vessel that brings cars from Sweden to the UK? If yes, is it a non-stop journey to the UK or does it stop-off anywhere along the way e.g. Rotterdam?

This could be the very ship that my new XC60 is on and its just left the docks in Sweden, from the map.

Xc60 T8 r design pro, ordered in June. Just been updated that it’s built and on its it’s way, delivery date showing as 12-18 Dec but dealer advised to expect end of December. Exciting, it would be great to get it before Christmas.

Expect 3 months on China built cars at the moment. Mine has only just arrived at the dealer having been built 3rd week of July!

Hi All,
Though i would say that i have collected my new XC60 R-Design Pro today, and im not a happy bunny to say the least!
The following
1) new infotainment system can't/wont play Mp3 files from USB storage, previous Sensus did
2) Google Maps displaying incorrect speed limits on motorways and other roads. i had a drive on a 40mph road that the satnav was saying 30mph, the speed limit signs said 40! when joining a local motorway the same satnav told me the max speed to 40! thought the limit was 70!
3) The On-call app is TOTALLY broken!
4) intermittent streaming playback from youtube music app.

all in all not a happy 1st day in a new car!
Have raised a compliant with Volvo Customer Service about the On Call app and was told it was being looked into but may take MONTHS TO FIX!
