Default 700/900 - Anti-Roil Bar/DropLink Parts etc......

A couple or so months ago (maybe more!!) there was a thread that contained a post giving all the numbers for the parts/bushes etc, for a refreshment of the above. Try as I might I can't find it!!

It's actually for my '90 745 which at its last MOT had an Advisory on the subject. Why is it when you fix after a good number of years of comment about a weeping Nivo does something else rears its ugly head!

Anyway, if anyone can give me the link I would be most grateful as between now and next August it will need attention. Being an easy job I might contemplate getting my hands dirty and doing it myself when the weather improves in the Spring.

Thanks,

Bob

Think it's 9157725 for the Volvo ones and includes everything. The rubber bushes are available separately 1205991.

This was my order from FRF

2x9157725- £28.90 a pair ( DROP LINKS )
4x1229303- £4.25 for 4 ( WASHERS )
4x1205991- £8.50 for 4 ( BUSHES )

That would indicate that part number 9157725 is only the droplink

That price will be before owners club discount

Yep, you're right. Think you have to buy the lock nuts 985869 separately as well.

Also according to FCP Euro:

This sway bar link only fits models with steel lower control arms. If you cannot tell if you have steel or aluminum lower control arms on your vehicle, the defining feature of this link is that it has threads on one end and a lollipop shaped bushing on the other. The other style link would have threads on both ends.

I forgot I ordered the nuts as well. I think most ( if not all ) UK cars had steel control arms.
