Default Swapping engines

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me if the D4204T from a 2.0d C40 (07-12) would fit into a 2009 2.0d V70 (also a D4204T)? I’m sure they are interchangeable but the part numbers are slightly different, and just want to be 100%. I’m looking to replace failed engine.

Many thanks

Yes, but you may need to swap throttle bodies and other peripheral parts. I’m assuming you mean c30?

Good luck, I'm about to drop a b4204s3 from a C30 into my V50, should all fit the same.
