First few weeks of v60 ownership….questions
So I bought my first Volvo just under 2 weeks ago and am loving it so far.
2019 d3 momentum with 18k on the clock Such a comfortable car to drive and a step up from my previous 2017 Passat. In the past few weeks I have a few ‘questions’ 1. Is there any way to permanently disable the road sign information display in the speedometer as it can be both distracting and incorrect. 2. Where is the main car better located/accessed? 3. Is there a way to share podcast images onto the sensus display ? My old Passat used to bring up the avatar associated with podcasts but the sensus doesn’t. Seem to ‘bring it across’ from my phone. Just displays black music note icon 🎵 Thanks J |

You can switch off the Road Sign Information display from the centre Sensus screen. Swipe from left to right and the display will change to what's known as the Function View. Find the Road Sign Information option and press it. If RSI appears again on your next journey let us know - it could be a driver profile issue - easily sortable though.

Thanks for the replies. Yes the RSI always comes back on the next time I drive the car after having disabled it.
In theory it is a good safety feature but it would be nice to be able to turn it off more permanently rather than every time I get into the car. Got the rear windows tinted today as this trim level came without privacy glass |
