Default repairing glass/black color on tailgate

Is it possible to fix this lack of black color on the glass of tailgate around the letters and below handle? Would polishing or something else help?

My C30 had bad marking/fading on my rear screen. Some treatment with a bit of glass polish or something similar should bring it up a treat.

I managed to remove most of it with liquid for bathroom (for removing limescale). Next problem is this screen print losing color.. I should remove this part that lost color and put new one.. just not sure how to do it .
