2013 S60 T6 parking sensors

Some time ago I noticed when I switched from Drive to Reverse this disactivated parking sensors, so as long as I didn't reverse everything was OK. Turning engine off and on solved that problem. Now however parking sensors gave up totally - actually the front ones...car has a backup camera, so I really don't need parking sensors on rear bumper. My question is : is there any way to check what is wrong? needs to be replaced?

wow...lots of views but no help. Looks like parking sensors rarely fail. !!For me it is highly unlikely all sensors failed, looks like central connection point has a connection problem.
