well that was a waste of time, managed to get the light out after watching the video, took one light off, got to a bit of the mould on the return lip but the rest i couldn't get to, sort of looked like it would separate but had some stupid hex/star screws and then to really p88s me off had something sticking out of it so i couldn't even try get anything in to undo them, the other one had a screw that wouldnt come out as it seemed to be spinning around in its housing, so i put it all back together and gave it a name, molly mould, may she live long and prosper,

If you can immerse the housing in water without compromising any possible metallic parts of it, a strong bleach solution will kill Molly. I do this for the acrylic water reservoir of my Nespresso machine and it also stops the mould from regrowing quickly. You would need to dry out the housing in a warm air environment.

Those hex screws with a protrusion in the middle are security screws. You can buy a set of bits to fit from most car factors or on Ebay/Amazon. they are often used for numbers plates - in theory making them less stealable...
