200 Series General Forum for the Volvo 240 and 260 cars

  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way
  • AOL Customers: Make sure you check the 'Remember me' check box otherwise the AOL system may log you out during the session. This is a known issue with AOL.
  • AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

I've been waiting more than two months for my parts, the company doesn't even bother to reply on my e-mails….
What's your experience with this company, any troubble recieving your parts?

Telephone. Don't bother with emails, telephone during business hours and again later if no-one answers. One man + dog operation, just about....

Superb service if/when you do speak to Dai, I've had next-day delivery of stuff. Also had interminable five week waits too, mostly for stuff to be made.

Spent £1000s with classic swede and never had a problem.

Most stuff I’ve ordered has turned up next day.

Never had an issue at all. I use Facebook messenger a lot and they are pretty responsive.
