Volvo ID issue

Afternoon. Unusual issue. Tried going in Volvo thingy which holds onscreen stuff re car status etc and get message back that there is, maybe, an internet issue ( which there isn't ) and when I then try to use Enter Volvo ID, I put in all the correct detail, press Sign in, and the screen Just freezes.

Anyone experienced this ?

Yep , a bit similar to me a couple of weeks ago. - assume your talking about phone app??
Jumped in deleted app, re installed app, then had to link car + keys to app again. Needed to sit in car n use central display
Seems to behaving currently. Some on here have had issue IIRC re-linking app to car, but mine went for me, painlessly.

If you are referring to the "Volvo car app" I had same issue after latest update, just delete the app and reinstall it and it should work ok.

Mine played up for a couple of days this week. Re-installing didn't help but it's working again today.

Thanks for your suggestions; yes, it was phone app. Will try taking the re-installing route
