Washer fluid

Hi all

I had the washer fluid low warning in the car status messages the other day and so I filled it up but the message is still there. Do I have to reset anything to get rid of this message?
I have checked under the car in case the bottle was leaking but all was ok.

Had same issues in my previous 2 vehicles turned out where both from faulty sensors ones changed message disappeared

On my XC90 it is behind the front nearside wheel arch lining by the door, (obviously below filler cap) very easy to access with wheel removed and a few screws and one bolt removed from rear part of wheel arch liner then bend liner out of the way, no need to fully remove liner.

Sometimes the sensors gunk up and stick. A couple of baby bottle sterilising tablets can sometimes be enough to free things up over a few days, can sometimes save you from having to don your miners helmet and go exploring.
