Default 2010 XC90 Executive - one full beam not working

Hi all,
As in the title, I have only one high beam working. I think I have checked the obvious. I checked the bulbs and harness and even swapped the light units and both are working fine on the RHS. LHS is dead. I checked the fuses on the CEM under the steering wheel and both are good.
I put the multimeter onto the fuse and flashed the lights and both fuses are showing just over 12v.
Where can I look next and is this a common fault?

Hi all,
Just as an update, I checked the voltage at the fuse (in circuit) and it was still at just over 12v. I checked the voltage at the front light connector and it is at 4.8v to earth, so there seems to be a problem between the CEM and the front light. Are there any connectors worth checking anywhere, just in case there is a bad joint, or am I looking at something more serious?
