Default Car computer issue help

Hi,
I would like to share a situation I have with my car maybe you can help me understand the root cause making sure my car was serviced correct.

My issue is as followed:
my XC90 (19) had a leak in the sunroof, lead to huge amount of water in my car boot.
I recovered the car to the garage and they have cleared the water out dried my boot and also perform TJ35503 (which is known issue with Volvo)

*Just to say TJ 35503 was performed in my car back at 2023 as well but still happened again.

I got my car back couple of weeks ago, and noticed after couple of rides that I can still hear water in the car, while a week ago suddenly my to key fobs stopped reacting and I could ignite the car only after many tries and mainly in the morning.
I contacted Volvo CS to arrange re check.

My real issue came after and here is where I need your help
3 days ago (before CS got my slot to the garage) I drove the car and suddenly the computer went crazy starting shooting lots of errors many lights came up and the gas paddle respond was not in sync.

Luckily it happened 1.5 miles from home so I carefully drove it home
Few more side effects my car had following the meltdown
1. Car wound not turn off, I could not shut the engine down and only after many tries it worked - after I was holding the on/off switch for at least 30 seconds.
2. Gear shift was locked on parking
3. Car ignite and shut by itself after couple of seconds.
4. key fobs was actually working ok that day (go figure)

Car was recovered 2 days ago, and serviced already.
service included:
Water were found under second row and first row seats and been removed.
Garage performed Total upgrade (V31483292)
and Replace a VCM mobile phone bracket (Z31489409)

Is this sounds reasonable that following such meltdown of the car main computer the resolution is replacing a mobile phone bracket??

While I suspect those issues all caused by the flood it looks like garage treatment say the cause of this melt down has nothing to do with it.

Will appreciate the crowd advise here

Tnx!
