I couldn't find a non ac intercooler 2nd hand - only new for £300 and the engine came with one for free.

I can slowly upgrade if I need to.

Those horns will look terrible through the grill - it's the details

Car is now ready to collect so really looking forward to picking it up from Yorkshire

It's been an absolute pleasure dealing with Gary and Simon up there and well worth the journey to drop it up there.

They've been amazing with comms, photos and vids.

So now a couple of road tests have been completed I'll be off to collect the car this weekend.

Can't wait. May even camp in the back on the way back down

This looks a great project, the rust shouldn't be to bad to sort. I have found Volvos do rust in odd places aha
