Trailing arm bush replacement
Hi all, ive had a squeaking noise from under the rear of the car for a while now, i took it to a local garage when i first noticed it and they said it was the trailing arm bush. They couldn't do the replacement as they didn't have a specific tool needed but said its ok to drive but ill need to get it done before the noise drives me potty. Well its certainly starting to do that now. So can anyone recommend a garage fairly local to my location and give me a rough estimate of what it might cost please.
Thanks. |

Ball park figure £240. Add the parts to that, which cost around £120 for decent quality aftermarket ones like Febi. You'd be looking around £350-£400 ish for everything.

Just had both my taking arm bushes done plus a track rod end. £600 including an alignment
Reasonably happy as Volvo had quoted £440 for the track rod end on its own! Happy to not hear the awful noise anymore
