Default fog light/back lights

Here's one for you. My GLT Saloon (bought from Torsten last month) has a strange lighting quwirk - only one rear light works UNLESS you have the fog light switched on all the time....any suggestions?

Default Fog lights

Sounds tricky this. Sounds like you have a dodgey earth or connection somwhere.
Does the front light come on when it should, or does it only come on when the fog lights are on? If it comes on when it should, then you probably have an earth problem on the deficient tail light. If the front light fails to come on (the front and rear tail lights on each side are fused together), I would start looking for a dodgey connection in the supply to the affected front/tail lights.

Let us konw how you get on.
