I have the same problem, is this really a fix? I mean where is the technical side of things for this issue?? lol, i bet it will work as well. Not having a go here just thinking wow!

Hi its the bonnet switch occasionally sticks the bonnet slamming frees it up.

well no luck after all so will have to book it in. Just got 4 winter tyres (Artic Claw) fitted so am waiting in anticipation for their performance in my first winter here.

Turning Circle very poor - it's an S60. Live with it!
Only if you have large alloy wheels(17"-) with stops on the rack that limit your lock. (police complain about turning circle(they have 18" wheels even worse than 17") My lwb sprinter has a smaller turning circle-lol solution-get smaller wheels take stops of rack |

2003 S60 R
I found the front offside bolt to be not exactly loose, but defintely not torqued to the quoted 50NM. After removal, cleaning, re-loctiting and torquing to the correct amount, the 'clunk' has dissapeared. Very satisfying, and a very cheap fix! Quote:
