Default Seat Belt Inertia Locking

Help!

I put the back seat down yesterday but when I came to put the seat back into place the Seatbelt incorporated appears to be locking off on the Inertia and won't allow any play in the seatbelt and as such i can't lock the seat back into place. Anyone know how to fix? Is there a magic hole somewhere to reset/Free Seatbelt Inertia?

you will need to unbolt the seatbelt at the lower end and then when the set is upright you can withdraw it again .
The cause is the small plastic stop rivet has fallen off ( compare to other side ) causing the belt to go in too far .... You can get them from the dealer .. when assembling you need a hot soldering iron to melt the central peg to secure it ...

Same happend to mine. Thecure is as above to remove the bolt attaching the seatbelt to the floor. If you dont fit a new plastic bit you can always plug the belt into the opposite seatbelt clip on the otherside allowing you planty of spare belt once you decied to unclip it and put the seat into the original place.
