1997 850 T5

Hi David, be interesting to see what price it finishes at, there are several people interested in the one ive been looking at so i need to make my mind up or i could end up losing out on a possible bargain, now trying to workout the extra running cost compared to my pug 405td.

well provided it does not look or sound like a bag or problems and you are willing to spend some money on a new cam belt just go ahaed and buy it if you clean it up it must be worth more than a badly presented car should you want to get rid of it in the spring....i asked you some questions re the colour external and internal that to me would make some difference as i cant stand the light beige interior.

Hi David, just about made my mind up to buy the car, although lm keeping an eye on ebay.
The car is red with black leather interior, the leather is in good nick, but things like the roof lining, carpet and dash need a really good clean, but thats nothing drastic. The exterior is fairly straight no knocks or dents, the front and rear bumper need tidying up and resprayed other than that the rest of the paintwork just needs machine polishing to bring it back up.

do you know which model it is?

is it an 850 T5 or an 850R or even a T5R though i think it age precludes the last one

others more knowledgable on the various T5 models may chime in here i am sure

Red with Black leather sounds nice

Red paintwork and black leather interior is one of my favourite combinations. Red paint is a sod for fading on all cars.
