480 Bumper removal ?

How easy / hard is it to remove front and rear bumpers on a 480 .... What's involved ? Mine need to come off for a re-spray ..... Thanks

Here you can find the Volvo 480 body greenbook. Frontbumper is quite easy, rear needs some more work. Be prepared to find lots of rust from rear the innerbumper. Innerbumpers are still new available for around €160 from the dealer.
