  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Default noise on v70

hi just wondering if anyone one can help, i own a v70 d5 2002 owned it for about 18 months now and really pleased with the car its got 102,000 on clock ,thing is ive started to notice a sort of slight whistling noise when you first start up the car but it seems to dissapear after a few revs,the car drives superb and has been very well looked after most of the miles were done by the one previous owner repping to france and back any ideas much appreciated thanks paul.

Is the noise under the bonnett? If so, could possibly be the auxillary belt

hi, yes the noise is under the bonnet would this be an expensive job if it is auxillery belt as you sugest thanks
