Question Poor level of volume/poor audio on Bluetooth phone kit!

Hi All,

I have just had a Volvo hands free Bluetooth kit fitted to our XC90 D5 SE 2007 reg. I am somewhat dissapointed with the level of volume (when fully up) on incoming calls and of the audio quality (tinny no bass). Also the volume can only be turned up/down using the dash mounted kit unlike other (non XC90) models which also allow the user to control the volume via the radio. My questions in order is, is there a way to increase the existing volume, improve the audio quality, get the system to also run via the radio volume control, improve the audio quality (also tinny) to those receiving a call from the car. One wonders why on a top model audio quality is so poor on both transmit and receive bearing in mind the price of the fitted kit.
