Default Tuning advice please.

I have just bought a 1997 s70 cd t5 auto, i've never had a volvo before and know nothing about how to get the best out of it.
Is there anything i should be doing to it i.e blocking off pipes or 3 pipe mod type stuff like on my vauxhall that cost nothing but improve the car?

Nothing really free as such, you are going to need to spend a few quid to boost performance but the gains are big.

First thing to do is a good stage 0 tune (do a search for this) and make sure the suspension and brakes are sorted. Then for more power either a manual boost controller or a remap.
