No More T5R
Hey Guys,
Please tell me this isn't true! Sitting waiting for my cr to be fixed in the Local Volvo Dealership (and they did a geat job BTW) I asked the sales guy about the new V70's as they had no info on the R. Quick and simple answer over here they replaced the R with the Cross Crountry....... Is this the same in the UK, or is it just over here in The Netherlands that they have an issue.... Stu |

Not at the moment unfortunately..however!!
Next year (I believe) the S60R, and V70R will be released. These do share a fair bit with the PCC and PCC2, featuring 300bhp as standard, however from what I've heard there will be a hefty price to pay!! |

The "R" is no longer available in the UK.
The T5 remains as does the Cross Country if you need 4WD. Mike |

RE: No More T5R
The R AWD was what I really wanted as I really don't like the front wheels doing the work (having been driving a RWD race prespped car I like it!).
Must admit it's not going to affect me short term anyway as I am going to be looking for a car a few years old next year, it'll probably be about 4 years before it this hits me, but what a shame, they looked great and from what everyone says they are great to drive. This new one sounds good though - on Q whats PCC(2)? Stu |

http://www.volvocentral.net/photos/pcc2.jpg Volvo have a few orders allready, should look something like this hope i can get rid of the two-tone thought. if its as good as the V70r AWD 2000 classic shape with 265hp will be ok by me Regards TJ101 C70C-T5,,,V70R AWD
