Default Battery Dieing

OK i've got a new battery fitted and it's being charged at 13.7volts. But within 4-5 days of the car being sat on the drive it's dead. Anyone have any idea of what might be draining it? Have checked the glove box light and all other int lights.

Anyone know what would still be getting power whilst the car is parked and locked?

It's an 855 T5R.

Thanks in advance.

Do you have any aftermarket electrical parts installed on the car? Like a sterio, amp, alarm system, etc...

Default battery

Boot or door lights ? is the radio constantly live and not live on the ignition?

You could start by checking the earth straps on the car two on the engine one of the battery to see if one of them is in a bad state.

Could always be a dudd battery too. I know it sounds daft but I had one this year myself. It turned up wet. I thought it was condensation. After the car refused to start 4 days later I realised it was actually acid leaking. Got it refunded and bought one elsewhere.

Might be worth disconnecting the positive terminal and putting a meter between the battery and terminal while the engine IS NOT running and ignition is off. See how much current is being drawn.

btw like the turbo explanation in your sig lol
