Default S60R Yaw Controller location?

My 2004 S60R has a malfuntioning Yaw controller, it has been confirmed by the local dealer shop. Apparently, like many other Volvo models I've read about here, this controller doesn't like getting wet, but is one of the first parts to get wet when that little drain tube in the sunroof comes off and leaks. I cannot find the controller in the car; the dealer indicated that it was located on the Right-hand side kick panel, but there is nothing behind the carpet.

I have located a couple of controllers on wrecked vehicles, but we want to confirm the part numbers match prior to purchase. So I need to find the part and get the part number to send to the guy with the wrecked cars. I have little faith in the local dealers' mechanics; they couldn't find the sunroof leak, and reading here, it is a common malady on all Volvos with sunroofs (perhaps it is time for a design change here Volvo). After getting water dumped into the vehicle every time it rained, I got angry and tore the thing apart and it was just the rubber tube had slipped off the metal tube. But now I get to replace an expensive controller, too.

If anyone can direct me as to the physical location of the yaw controller in this car, I would certainly appreciate it. I thank you in advance!
