Default KW group buy??

Hi

What happened with the KW group buy?

Did we need five people?

Have searched but can't find it! Sorry, who was organising it?

Post here if you are seriously up for it? I am. }(

Thanks

Hi Andy,

I would be interested in KW's if they fit my model.

Wasn't there a supllier in the UK? I'm sure i saw a distributor here, or are we on the import road again?:)

Not sure if I would go for the V3's thou.

Hi Andy, yes I was one of the guys potentially interested.

I want to see how my car goes at the rolling road and to decide if it is worth the investment of kw's first.

Thanks,

Neil

Guys

I've had massive wheel rub with the Pegasus. I want to get rid of the self levelling so I need new rear springs and shocks and need new front springs to stop the rub. So a complete kit made sense and I need it sooner rather than later.

I've ordered my kit last night for Motorsportworld. I'm told the importer has never supplied that kit to the UK so I think I'll be the first to use it over here.

If anyone wants the six month old Nivomats or front Monroe Reflex then mail me. There is nothing wrong with them I just don't need them anymore. The nivomats were mega money so make me an offer. Probably won't be off till end of Feb.

I have to make some changes to my website over the coming weeks.

Among other additions, I can now sell a completely adjustable suspension kit for the S/V40, pretty much the same as what I have been selling for the 5 cyl. cars for some years now. In fact exactly the same front struts and rear dampers, just the fittings, brackets etc. changed. 4 weeks delivery to order. £820 plus VAT delivered. You can buy just the front part if you want to retain the rear self-levelling.

KW is a German suspension manufacturer. The kit I have ordered in is the variant 2.

This car is running them:

Wow!! Great stuff!! For some reason the pics on the VPtuning forum didn't download on my PC.

If I can pass one piece of advice, make sure you keep the threads covered on those shocks Andy. My experience with adjustable spring platforms on coil-overs is that when those threads get cruddy, or start to corrode, your in big trouble if you want to change your ride height. If I were you, I'd grease the thread area and get some close fitting tubing to wrap around it, held on with cable ties or something.

Just think, now you can adjust your corner weights!! I'm jealous!!

Regards
