From the picture and your describtion of details - it looks like a late yearmodel ('72-73) - for that fact alone I would say, that solution is, that the M30 is something that happened after factory.
![]() 140/164 shared outer handles and a lot of other details, yes. Myth busted. ![]() LHD 145? Was there ever a taxation-thing in the UK that could have coursed someone to switch gearbox to save on bringing in the 145? ![]()
