Thanks for the advice I have been fiddling about with the passenger seat and can get the seat nice and flat as you advised. I never thought I could get the headrest to clear the glove box but by adjusting the twisty thingy on the seat it now is simple to do. If you hadnt given me advice I would forever have assumed the seats wouldnt fold flat. Many Thanks.

Not sure what the 'twisty thing' is, all you have to do is get the seat in the correct position and bingo, the headrest slipts down the face of the glovebox then you move the seat forward locking the headrest under the glovebox

If I recall correctly the instructions are in the handbook also.
