Default V40 spark plugs

My 2002 factory fit V40 bifuel is due for new sparkplugs. It currently has the standard multipoint ones that volvo fit. A lot of people on this forum seem to swear by the single point type so I was going to try some. Any thoughts on this or suggestions as to brand/grade etc?

If possible single prong plugs are best but V groove ones also seem fine.

NGK are probably about the best plugs imo

Thanks very much for the advice. I don't suppose you have the NGK part number do you?

Could not find it on my list for some reason but if you call spark plugs uk on UK 0844 8004258 they would be able to give you a part number.

Dai

Thanks for all the help Dai.
In case it's of any use to you in the future the plugs the man at NGK recommended are BKR6EIX-LPG. I think he said that plug covers all the 1800 non-Mitzubishi engined V40 bifuels
Regards Duncan
