40 k on the standard service sheet. This is an amazing distance. I had a Cavalier that needed a new one every 8k

Clearly its a very good filter and free flowing too. For performance just change it more often and feel good about it.

I used to have an oiled filter in my Peugeot 505 GTI. Standard fitment. They never seemed to have an even cover of oil, it migrates downwards, and I didn't trust them much. A lot of fuss for a small advantage, if any.

Ill just buy a standard filter and do the airbox mod i think

And u will save some cash this way. As long as u don't use ur car @ track days or back to the future movie standart filter is ok. I servis my every 6 months whatever the condition (car does maybe 5k miles in that time).
