automatic transmission cooler
Hi folks i would like to do some towing with my 240 gl saloon 1987 auto could any one advise on if it is possible to fit a transmission cooler and if so where could i purchase one any details would be great

oil cooler
hi it already has one, the gearbox oil is pumped to the radiator to cool already, i supose you could add an oil cooler infront instead good luck gary

I fitted a Kenlow oil cooler to my 940 for same reason. Cost under £100 and came with all fittings and pipework. Simply mounted in front of main rad and plumbed into oil return pipe. I never had a moment of bother and car towed without any heating or g/box problems. Exercise is is no different on 240.
