Default Aerial

Hi,
My aerial wont extend or retract fully. I've tried lubricating it but it didn't help. It usually stops 80% up or 20% down.

Any tricks to get this working?

Cheers

You can try resetting it by taking the whole antenna rod out of the motor and reinserting it.

I think it's physical resistance though since the motor judging by the noises, still tries to retract it after it gets stuck.

Cheers

Yes, the antenna could be bent which is not good but it is equally possible that say the toothed gear part of the aeriall has broken off.
