did volvo 243s ever make it into production at all? i've seen 2 versions -

The bottom is a 1975 263 GL prototype that never went into production in the Volvo museum.

The other I don't know but looks a bit Mercedes from the rear - but not with those lights, possibly an 850 tailgate, perhaps the ulimate cut and shut?

that purple car is a modded 240 estate with 242 doors , and a custom bodykit , its mostly custom work , ive seen a couple etsates based on 242 in america
