No, I haven't come across morris oil to be honest, but I'll keep an eye out for it.

Oh so not for from me, let me know if there are any Volvo meets nearby!

Thanks Thassos, I cant say I've heard of Morris oils either and I am from the UK just emigrated to Finland. I have seen a few small independent oil companies though but I have always gone for the big names because I believe the bigger the R&D lab the better the product. I may just be being pig ignorant though, after all oil is oil at the end of the day, i just think the additives and the duration before the oils starts breaking down is a key factor in them. It also begs the question do any additives you can buy of the shelf work? Like friction reduces?

I remember watching one of those stupid american adverts on at 3am once where they ran a car without oil and even took the sump off and had a jet wash on the engine! Saying this magic oil leaves a 'film'.
