Turbo Oil Return
Hi,
On a 440 Turbo, where is the oil return pipe from the turbo into the block, if someone could provide me pictures it would very much be appreciated. thanks in advance. regards matt brocklehurst |

Matt...if you're thinking abotu how to fit your return pipe...drill the sump pan on the 1.8, then get someone (can't think who!) to braise a piece of brass pipe in for the return. This is what all the guys fitting turbos to NA 240s do.

aye im getting a scrapers sump (flutters eyelashes at james for when he visits a scrapyard) and getting two things welded to it, a turbo oil return feed and my oil temperature gauge sensor dealie.

The oil temp senders often replace the sump plugs...that's how mine is...worth checking? Oil pressure gauge sender now ordered (at HUGE expense!), but I clearly rock :)
So you want a sump pan too? Better come up with the ££ dude! Which engine does it wanna be from? cheers James
