Is that stuff like Wynn's or STP oil additive? A thick stodgy treacle like substance that thickens engine oil up to stop them smoking or rattling, killing the oils multi-grade properties and turbo-chargers into the bargain? I once knew a used car dealer, an old classmate, that poured this gloop into old engines on his forecourt for some strange reason!!! Its the same scenario where years ago that slick50 s h i t e was on every car enthusiasts lips when it came out. It took a few years for someone to take them to court to prove their product destroyed the properties of engine oil and actually forms sludge! If this product is different, feel free to inform us all.

Have a look through this part site and make your own minds up.
Just how do some of these "additive" manufacturers imagine that they could possibly improve upon the £millions that major oil companys put into their engine oil research??

That's fair enough bud, and good luck with it, but try and think that oil companies put so much research into oil, it would be nigh on impossible to improve it.
I think the additive was also slick50 that had the now dead Smokey Yunick endorse their product in return for free air flight around the States, free this and that etc. Smokey was a racing driver, but also a noted engine tuner/modifier of mainly small and big block Mopar/Ford/Chevy V8s etc, and in the early '80s I bought a signed book off him via mail order: Power Secrets by S/Y. Towards the end of his life and the "contract" gone he told a select few people that he wouldn't have put that rubbish in any engine on earth!
Just a thought, each to their own.
