Angry Steering leak

After the first few hundred miles I noticed the power steering fluid was below the minimal level by a centimetre or so. Went back to the dealer, mechanic could not see any obvious leak, topped it up and we agreed to see what happened over a few weeks. Unfortunately it has dropped again, back in for thorough check last week. Result is a new steering assembly on it's way from Sweden to be fitted next week! Garage says it's the first time they have had to replace same, may take a couple of days........!

XC60 D5 SE Lux Premium. Dec 2010 . now 1400 miles (away OZ 5 weeks)

There is an important recall for this problem, an O-ring must be replaced. Same thing happened to my 2010. The steering may suddenly get very heavy, so be careful!
